Brazil - Fazenda Cruzerio

Fazenda Cruzeiro, located in Cerrado Mineiro, benefits from ample rainfall, eliminating the need for irrigation. Owned by fifth-generation coffee producer Cláudio Ottoni since 2009, the farm covers 200 hectares. Sustainability and land stewardship are priorities, with 140 hectares reserved for wildlife preservation and eco-friendly practices in place. Mechanical harvesters are used to ensure ripe cherries, and discarded coffee pulp is recycled as compost. Their groundbreaking use of silo dryers ensures controlled temperature drying, preserving bean vitality and delivering an extraordinary taste.
